Sports Physicals
PRC Medical offers pre-participation physicals for sports or camp to middle school girls (who have started menstruating), high school girls, and college-aged women in Douglasville and surrounding counties.
How Do I Prepare For My Sports Physical?
Before your sports physical appointment, be sure to have the appropriate forms for your school district or camp with the history portion completed. Come in comfortable clothing (shorts/sweatpants and t-shirt).
